Our Trips
Private and open groups offer very different experiences. Our specialty is private groups, and we have made this more accessible by offering a fair day price ranging from 4.000 to 4.500 NOK, regardless of group size (maximum six guests) and whether it is low or high season.
Safety & Avalanche Risk
Every trip is unique and designed specifically for you. We are able to tailor the experience much better once we have gotten to know you, your skill level, and the dynamics within your group. For this reason, we offer a minimum of two days of ski guiding on Senja.
Your guide is a seasoned ski professional who closely monitors weather conditions and the snowpack throughout the winter. They follow established safety protocols and are responsible for ensuring the safety of the entire group.
Terrain
We guide in Class 0–2 terrain, which means you can leave your climbing harness, ice axe, and crampons at home. We do not offer glacier crossings, rope-accessed skiing, or couloir climbing. Instead, we focus on finding good snow and beautiful views.
The mountains on Senja are not extremely high, so we typically aim for a maximum of 1,000 vertical metersper day. In the north of Senja you will find the most popular mountains, while in the south you will often have the slopes to yourselves. This allows us to choose touring locations all over the island.

Difficulty level
You must be able to ski blue and red slopes in a resort with confidence. If you have no experience with ski touring then we can set up a trip as a ski touring course instead - just let us know and we will adjust the program.
