Story

Long story short...

This company is built on a lifestyle approach, driven by a genuine passion and sincere joy for the outdoors. That means I don't run three tours a day, and I don’t do large bus groups from cruise ships. For me, it’s essential to keep my own connection to nature alive—because only then can I truly share the real Norwegian experience with you.

Japan is where it all began

The Japanese way

I have been lucky enough to meet inspiration on the way, and my deepest gratitude will always go to Masashi-san who took me under his wing in his kayak company. Passion, honesty and bravery are modest words to describe him. Circumnavigating Japan by Sea Kayak, an epic telemark skier and a Japanese Jedi Master truly says it all .

Souther Senja &

Natural North

Southern Senja offers the tranquility and remoteness that a natural vacation calls for — a retreat back to where we came from. Within just a 30-minute drive, you’ll find nearly every kind of landscape Norway is known for: dramatic fjords, cascading waterfalls, forested backcountry, winding rivers, open ocean, crystal-clear beaches, and steep, polished rock faces. Whether you arrive from Narvik or Tromsø, you’ll find yourself perfectly situated — right between Lofoten and Tromsø — with the space to breathe, slow down, and truly take it all in

Ski, eat, sleep & repeat

Nature was once just a playground to me. Fishing in the summers and skiing in the winters. But when I finally moved to Japan for skiing, an impulsive three-month kayaking expedition taught me something deeper: that nature can be both a lifestyle and a form of therapy. You belong to it, and it belongs to you. This is the essence I strive to bring into my guiding.

The new era arising

After many years of guiding, I want to bring back the passion to the game. I want to bring back the Japanese way. Include the senses and quality in the experience. Work against the industrial mass tourism and offer something special, authentic and very true to what the Norwegian culture stands for to me: A tribute to the life outdoors.
